UPDATE! Version 2.1 of the Convert To Wireframe plugin is now available. The update adds new functionality to bake scale and rotation into the wireframe object.

This new version is included with the download for the new version 1.2 of the Driven plugin.

Universal Binary editions of these plugins are now available. Universal Binary is intended for use with Mac Intel computers and the Universal Binary edition of Carrara 5.1

Convert to Wireframe is a plugin included with the new Driven tweener. It is a command accessible from the Edit menu. It will take any primitive that has a visible surface in the 3D view and convert it into a non renderable wireframe that can be used as custom helper objects or controls. This is particularly useful with a plugin such as the new DRIVEN plugin to create a customized interface for your controls.

Driven is now available  and includes a copy of the Convert To Wireframe plugin so that you may create your own custom controls.

A serial code is required to fully unlock the features of both the Driven package and the most recent version of the Convert To Wireframe plugin.

Without a serial code you will only be able to run the plugin in evaluation mode which will limit your features and will not allow you to save your wireframe objects.
