Duplicate Attached has been updated to include a grouping feature on CAPS LOCK and removes newly created objects on undo. Duplicate Attachedis a great plugin for making duplicates of skinned objects includingthe bones which are attached to it and its IK targets. And above all,it's free and available for Carrara 4 and Carrara 5.

The command is accessible from the Skinning menu in the 3D room. Simply select the surface objects which you want to duplicate. Run the command and it will create copies of the surface objects and its skeleton. You can choose to copy all the objects in a rig or just selected ones.

Plus not only will your rig be copied but if you have performed any animated keyframes, it will copy those too. Just make sure you group your skeleton and IK targets into a new group and move it so that your animation will not overlap.
