Parent Modifier is a plugin of the PiggyPack that allows you to get parenting-like tracking on a "child" object without the actual hierarchy. This is useful within instances such as character rigs, where you would like some control object to have parent like control over a joint without having to destroy the hierarchy of your skeleton. 

Parent Modifier is not a replacement for actual parenting however it ca give the user an extra level of control when no other option is available.

This plugin is part of the PiggyPack collection of 11 plugins available for download here. A serial code is required to fully unlock all 11 plugins. Without the serial code the plugin will run in evaluation mode.
